Service Description

A 45 minute whole body strength workout streamed on Zoom. In Kettlebell STRONG, you will perform an exercise for a set duration of time (45 to 60 seconds) followed by a short break (15 to 20 seconds) before going onto the next exercise. Mondays at 10am (Term time only) Thursdays at 7.30am Saturdays at 8.30am You will need a kettlebell throughout the whole session, and we do recommend having a range of weights to get the most out of the session. A good starting collection might be a 8kg kettlebell for upper body work and a 12kg kettlebell for lower body exercises. We recommend increments of 4kg, so 16kg would then be your next addition to your kettlebell family! Vicki loves a kettlebell swing, but she also appreciates that it is not everyone's thing especially first thing in the morning, so do log in early if you wish to request for some no swing options! Feel free to join the session up to 5 minutes before the start time - please note Vicki will begin the class promptly.
