Service Description
A 35 minute Qi Gong class streamed on Zoom. This is an intermediate class, it is important that you have some experience of the 8 Pieces of Silk Brocade. If you are unfamiliar with the sequence, you can purchase the BOSH Qi Gong online workshop which provides technical details to each step. Feel free to join the session up to 5 minutes before the start time - please note Vicki will begin the class promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your place at least 15 minutes prior to the class starting, your class credit will be refunded. Any cancellations within the 15minutes will not be refunded or transferred. You must complete the BOSH Fitness Health Waiver Form before attending any class. Failure to complete the form may result in you not being permitted to join the class.
