Service Description

A 45 minute whole body workout streamed on Zoom. In Kettlebell FLOW, you will continuously move from one exercise to the next with minimal breaks. We recommend one light kettlebell. Depending on your strength, a 6kg or 8kg is a good starting weight, but you are welcome to go lighter or heavier. This is an intermediate class, it is important that you are confident with the key kettlebell exercises e.g. deadlifts, swings, clean and presses etc. Feel free to join the session up to 5 minutes before the start time - please note Vicki will begin the class promptly.
