A 50 minute whole body workout streamed on Zoom. A great class if you're new to strength training, it will build your confidence and technique with compound, isolation and complex dumbbell exercises. It also really compliments the training of the regular BOSH kettlebellers! Dumbbells are compulsory. This class has been designed for medium to heavy dumbbells, good starting weights are 5kg and 7.5kg dumbbells but you can go lighter or heavier depending on your own individual requirements. Feel free to join the session up to 5 minutes before the start time - please note Vicki will begin the class promptly.
Should you cancel your place at least one hour prior to the class starting, your class credit will be refunded. Any cancellations within the hour will not be refunded or transferred. You must complete the BOSH Fitness Health Waiver Form before attending any class. Failure to complete the form may result in you not being permitted to join the class.
