Service Description
A 50min whole body workout streamed on Zoom. This class is suitable for beginners and has been designed for small, medium and heavy dumbbell weights. Options for controlled or dynamic strength movements will be offered. Feel free to join the session up to 5 minutes before the start time - please note Vicki will begin the class promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your place at least 15 minutes prior to the class starting, your class credit will be refunded. Any cancellations within the 15minutes will not be refunded or transferred. You must complete the BOSH Fitness Health Waiver Form before attending any class. Failure to complete the form may result in you not being permitted to join the class.
