London BOSH in person meet up!

The BOSH community meet up! The meet up will be held in East London. 

Timings are approximate, details will be sent to attendees closer to the event...

10am Meet for coffee and a catch up

11am Hoxton Square for a taster of Indian Clubs swinging and Resistance Band training (weather pending, if the weather is bad we will stay in the cafe)

12.30pm Food at a Vietnamese restaurant! (BOSH will supply snacks, but you are expected to buy your own drinks)

Please note:-

• £15 attendance fee for none active BOSH members (this means that you can bring a partner/friend(s)/family members
• No refunds
• FREE for active BOSH members (individuals who have been active in 2024 - paid group classes, on-demand subscribers, PT clients), a promotion code will be sent to you directly
• Children are welcome and it is FREE for under 13year olds, but anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to participate in the Indian Clubs swinging taster OR resistance band training
• If you wish to participate in the Indian Clubs swinging taster and Resistance Band training, you must complete a Health Screening Form before the session
• There will be photos taken throughout the day which may be used on the BOSH Website/App announcements/Newsletter, and in the BOSH and Vicki Fong's Social Media accounts. If you are not happy with your image being shared, please let Vicki know before the event or on the day.
