Service Description
A whole body holiday workout streamed on Zoom. This class has been designed for medium to heavy weights, you're welcome to use kettlebells or dumbbells (different variations will be offered). You're also welcome to have small dumbbells at hand if you like to squeeze in a chest flye! Feel free to join the session up to 5 minutes before the start time - please note Vicki will begin the class promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel your place at least 30 minutes prior to the class starting, your class credit will be refunded. Any cancellations within the 30minutes will not be refunded or transferred. You must complete the BOSH Fitness Health Waiver Form before attending any class. Failure to complete the form may result in you not being permitted to join the class.
